Went to celebrate 47th anniversary. It was after lunch and almost deserted. Took a while before we were noticed to be seated. Ordered appetizer , salad and entrees all arrived about the same time. Waitress came and warned us the entrees were about to be served and we had just been served our appetizer. I told her they would be cold before we finished our salads. They were. They offered to microwave them. I brought mine home . My husband left everything but the steak on the plate. Also found out if your in the rewards program (we had a reward for guacamole and chips)your not supposed to use it with the two for twenty five meal. We have been eating at chili's to celebrate our anniversaries for the last few years. Most of the time in little rock never ran into these issues before. Thanks for the nice anniversary guys. Yes ,we still left a tip.

I just love this place my daughter has food allergies and they take such good care of her while we are there for dining in. They make sure only one person handle her order. The food is 5 star in my book. And this was in Searcy, Arkansas

I have been to many Chili's and I liked them, but this is one of the worst restaurants I have been to! The sliders were burnt, dipping sauce too thin, chicken dry. I had to run to the bathroom after my meal. They gave me constipation. I highly recommend finding some place else even just having chips instead of going here for any kind of meal.

Awful service.....we came it at 9:10 they close at 10pm..... one of the guys was super nice the other was mad cause they were gonna seat us.....we got our drinks and 30 minutes later nothing!!!! We walked across to chick-Fil-a......great service and who is behind us the greeter from chili’s.....LOL

The food was amazing. The service should have been better because the ot was alot less empty then usual. Usually the food is cold and the service makes up for it. Today the service was bad and the food made up for it.
